the Sand Dollar, a 28’ shaded motor boat.
This 3 hour trip takes you through Simpson Bay
Lagoon and along the beautiful French Coast to
“Creole Rock,” a large rock and reef formation
located about 1 & 1 ½ miles off shore of Grand
Case. There is an abundance of reef fish and small
marine life to keep novice and experienced snorkels
alike interested. Enjoy complimentary snacks and
open bar while the friendly crew provide snorkel
instructions to those inexperienced . Float belts
and boards are available. |

Ocean Kayak & Snorkel Trip

Enjoy the rush of
adrenaline from kayaking in the ocean with
breath-taking scenery surrounding you. This high
intensity paddle will not only provide you with
beautiful island sights, but with a great workout as
well! There are two different destinations depending
on conditions and the ability of the kayaker, a
slightly longer paddle past Pelican Key to Kay Bay
to Luis Reef (approx. 45 min. paddle) for an hour of
snorkeling and back. The second destination is a
stop at Pelican Reef for a 45 minute snorkel and
then back into the lagoon and a tour through the
mangroves. Double and Single Kayaks available. |

waters of the largest salt water lagoon in the
Caribbean and coast along the Mangroves teaming with
life. The experienced guides will show you the
large Osprey Herons and the very strange Lagoon

that the guides present in the form of shells, sand
statues and signs, the famous homes along the coast
and the various boat wrecks still left after the
powerful Hurricane Luis that hit the island in 1995. |

The Hidden
Forest Hike |

Hidden Forest 90-minute tour begins in the grassy
pastures of a 160-acre former sugar estate tucked
between mountains and well away from the hustle and
bustle of the 21st century. This is home to the only
tropical forest system on St. Maarten, now a Private
Nature Reserve. You will discover a part of
St. Maarten, including a canopy of 300-year-old
mango trees, a spring fed fresh water stream, the
island’s tallest Royal Palms, the famous guava berry
trees, wildlife habitats, spectacular views, and
historical interpretation.
Bring good shoes, and be prepared to get mild
exercise. |

breezes and surrounded by magnificent views. Now
comes the reward: Hooked in and held on by high tech
state of the art mountaineering equipment, and
guided by highly trained “cable guys," you’re about
to discover that for every action there is an equal
and opposite reaction: rigorous hike up = thrill

Plantation Mt Vernon you will learn of the
development of plantations in the Caribbean over the
last 300 years. Wander past indigenous flora, a
renovated 1786 cotton plantation, and an
old-fashioned rum distillery where you can taste the
rum at this outdoor history and eco-museum. Along
the rambling paths of this former wooded estate your
guide will give detailed explanations of the
island's agricultural history when its economy was
dependent on salt, rum, coffee, sugar, and indigo.
Enjoy a taste of freshly ground plantation coffee

the coast to Long Beach will allow your guests time
